Mr. Chow, Staff Scientist
with ADvTECH Environmental, Inc., graduated
from UC Berkeley and has 2 years of solid professional environmental
engineering experience in California. Mr.
Chow has experience in the design,
operation, and maintenance of Remedial
Systems. Prior to joining ADvTECH,
Mr. Chow was employed by The Source Group in
the Bay Area.
Mr. Chow has performed groundwater
sampling in accordance with accepted
technical practice, and prepared quarterly
reports per agency requirements. Mr.
Chow has
provided data management expertise to Site
Investigation projects involving electrical
utility substations, public utility
maintenance facilities associated with waste
oil tanks, and groundwater evaluations in
the San Gabriel Valley, Puente Operable
